Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of $500 per person is due within 7 days of your reservation. Category and stateroom type cannot be guaranteed on bookings made without a deposit. Final payment is required 90 days prior to sailing. Reservations made within 90 days of departure will require full payment by credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to American Queen Steamboat Company's Reservations Department. All cancellations are subject to a $100 per person administrative fee. American Queen Steamboat Company reserves the right to cancel all reservations for which final payment is not received 90 days prior to departure. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:
